Mistress of Lucid Dreaming. A freshman at Walnut Creek University. Eugénie is also one of Neal's coworkers at the boba joint. She met Neal in high school, when he was a self-study Japanese 3 student in her Japanese 2 class. The two, along with Yui and Reyna, are members of WCU's GSA. Eugénie, Louise, and Andrea dated for a short period of time in high school, but Eugénie and Louise dumped Andrea after a certain incident.

Eugénie’s specialty is Absolute Mental Interference. She has no limits when it comes to manipulating perception, thoughts, and the like, but no matter how hard she tries, she cannot affect the target’s physical body.
Her mana peaks when she is in the deepest sleep cycle, so she stays in bed while her Servant goes to the field. Since she’s asleep, her Servant gets the maximum mana supply, and she can perform spells on opponents from her room. Eugénie's abilities allow her to dream and perform magecraft even while in a state deeper than REM sleep. Her physical parameters are low, and she doesn't know much about the Grail War. Her intelligence is average.
